Selecting the data center site

A successful data center project begins by carefully selecting the right location. Key criteria include sufficient electricity supply and the ability to utilise the waste heat from servers in the district heating network, for example.

What is more, we carefully research factors related to safety, the environment and logistics in the due diligence and feasibility surveys of the site.

Data center design

Once the location has been chosen, we manage all aspects of construction design from MEP to structural and architectural design. We take care of the planning and application processes for the building and environmental permits related to the project. If necessary, we can also assist in all other cooperation with the authorities. Typically, the design assignment does not end until the project is completed and we have prepared the handover drawings.

Data center construction and project management

During the construction stage, our construction management and supervision experts protect the client’s interests. We will help with managing the project as a whole as well as in the more detailed design and implementation based on your needs.

In terms of project management, we will ensure that the construction of the site proceeds according to plan and stays within the budget. If necessary, we can also take charge of contract calculations and acquiring the subcontractors required for the project.

Commissioning the data center

We are also involved in the commissioning stage of the data center. This way, we can ensure that the data center operations are launched as planned and that any system repairs during the warranty period are carried out.

We can assume the responsibility for managing the commissioning of projects and carry out a five-step commissioning of the project, from equipment tests to the client’s collaboration tests.
