Granlund UK helps towns, cities, large energy users, and generation/supply businesses create and implement sustainable energy solutions. Our experts provide advisory services and project management in area-wide energy solutions (including heat networks) so organisations and communities can achieve their net zero ambitions.

Local UK expertise with Nordic insights

Founded in 2014 as Greenfield Nordic, we joined the Nordic-based Granlund Group in 2018, changing our name to Granlund UK in 2025. As part of the Granlund Group, we are in a team of over 1,500 professionals who contribute to climate change mitigation and sustainable growth. We combine local expertise in the UK’s fast-developing energy landscape with a long history of heat network, district energy, property/estate, and energy generation projects across Northern Europe.

Today, sustainability and economic growth go hand-in-hand. New public policies and technologies allow towns to build heat networks and district energy solutions which will cut CO₂ emissions while bringing investments and jobs into their areas.
